The Y.A.L.E. School provides an emergency alert service through e2Campus so that the Y.A.L.E. community can be notified in the event of school snow closings, delays, or transportation issues, serious safety concerns, or if there is other urgent information that we must distribute quickly. Emergency Alerts can be sent to a mobile phone and/or email address. When an Emergency Alert message is sent, it will be simultaneously posted to this website.

Please fill out the form below to create an e2Campus account that will allow Y.A.L.E. to provide you with instant emergency alerts and status updates on your mobile phone or email address.

To sign up, you must have a text-messaging capable mobile phone and accompanying text service through one of the US mobile carriers listed in the form below, or a valid email address. The Y.A.L.E. School and e2Campus pledge not to share your information with anyone, and you will receive alerts only from the Y.A.L.E. School. You may change your information or cancel your account at any time. There is no additional charge to receive text-message alerts beyond your carrier’s standard messaging rate.

Please fill out the following information accurately and make sure to keep a copy of your username and password in a safe place. The expiration date for your account will be set to 2 years after you first sign up, after which you will receive a message prompting you to renew your account if desired. Please note: if your student stops attending The Y.A.L.E. School before your account expires you will need to manually unsubscribe yourself via the online account control panel.

Bus drivers for transportation companies servicing any of the Y.A.L.E. School campuses should contact the school’s office for instructions on how to subscribe to Emergency Alerts.

Once your account has been created, you may login to manage your options. Additional mobile phone numbers and email addresses may be added to your account if more than one parent or guardian should be notified of emergency alerts. Questions or requests for support should be directed to our webmaster.

Not sure if you have already subscribed or if your subscription is current? Go to the account login page and click “Forgot username?” then enter your mobile phone number. If you are already subscribed, your user login name will be sent to you.

Once you click “Create Account” you will be sent a text message with a numeric validation code (or a verification email), and you will be taken to the e2campus site to finish registration and validation of your mobile phone number and/or email address.
