Nurse’s Office
The Y.A.L.E. School provides a professional nursing staff which attends to the medical and health related needs of our students. The school nurse is regularly in contact with parents and guardians as well as family physicians and sending school districts to ensure that our students’ medical needs are met. On this page you will be able to view recent announcements from our nursing staff regarding important medical dates, forms, procedures, and other health information. Also available are commonly-used forms that can be downloaded, printed, filled out, and faxed to the appropriate campus’s nursing staff at the numbers listed below for each campus. Please note: the fax number listed for a campus’s nursing staff may be different than the general fax number for that campus.
